ISLAMABAD - Stunning Revelations, 262 Pakistani Airlines Pilots hold fake and dubious flying licences. After a provisional report on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane crash in Karachi, it emerged that 150 out of total 400 flag carrier’s pilots held fake flying licenses.
The PIA and Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) have decided to take stern action against the fake license holders.
The authorities have decided to bar these pilots from flying the planes as they could cause a disaster.
As a whole there are 262 out of total pilots with dubious licenses who are also working for other private airlines.
Federal Aviation Minister Ghulam Sarwar Khan during a press briefing also revealed that several pilots hold dubious flying licenses.
