Libyan govt announces release of 3 kidnapped Turkish engineers

UNITED NATIONS: U.N.-backed Libyan government has announced that three Turkish engineers kidnapped last year in the southern Libyan town of Ubari have been released.

An unknown armed group kidnapped four engineers last year, three from Turkey and one from South Africa. The fate of the South African is not known.
