IK formally launches PTI's election campaign from Minawali

ISLAMABAD: PTI Chief Imran Khan says he will strengthen institutions after coming to power.

Kicking starting its election campaign by addressing a public rally in Mianwali this afternoon, he said PTI government will reform police by introducing merit and making the force apolitical as was done in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Imran Khan said he will make a Pakistan where people will come from abroad for employment.

He said PTI awarded party tickets to aspiring candidates on merit and after conducting surveys. He also felt sorry for those, who could not get party tickets.

Imran Khan said his party will improve education system in government schools by introducing education emergency in the country. He said health sector will also be reformed to provide quality medical facility to the masses.

Imran Khan urged people to take advantage of the upcoming opportunity by voting in favor of PTI to change destiny of Pakistan.

Meanwhile PTI has also released its final list of candidates for upcoming general election.

The list was prepared after comprehensive review of applications.

Two hundred and twenty nine candidates have been finalized for National Assembly constituencies.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, candidates on 90 out of 99 constituencies have been announced, while 238 candidates finalized in Punjab. Seventy Nine candidates nominated in Sindh, while 36 party representatives won party tickets in Balochistan.

The party has also announced its candidates for all the three National Assembly constituencies in the federal capital.
