Police recovers 57 Kg hashish during crackdowns

PESHAWAR: City police recovered 57 kilograms of hashish and arms during a series of crackdown conducted in various areas of provincial metropolis.
The raids were conducted under the directives of Capital City Police Officer, Qazi Jameel-ur-Rehman.
Police recovered 46 kilograms of hashish from a car intercepted near Chamkani area, eight kilogram hashish was recovered by Hayatabad police, two kilograms were recovered by Bana Mari police while two kilograms were recovered from possession of two drug peddlers.
Three rifles, eight pistols and hundreds of cartridges were also seized by police during crackdown.
