Senate Committee meets to discuss measures for ensuring constitutional rights to FATA

The Senate Committee of the whole meets at Parliament House in Islamabad on Thursday to discuss legislative, administrative and other measures required for mainstreaming and ensuring constitutional rights to the people of FATA.
Agenda of the Committee includes consideration of the extension of jurisdiction of Supreme Court Peshawar and High Court to Federal Administered Tribal Areas Bill, 2018.
The meeting will also consider amendments to the said bill given by various senators.
