*ISLAMABAD – **Islamabad High Court announces verdict in bail plea of former Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal.*
*The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Tuesday granted bail to Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Ahsan Iqbal in Narowal Sports City scandal.*
The court directed Ahsan Iqbal to submit surety bonds worth of 10 million rupees.
Earlier, the hearings on the bail pleas of former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi and Ahsan Iqbal have been postponed till February 24 on Thursday.
The bail petitions of both Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders, without any proceedings, were postponed as Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Athar Minallah is on sick leave.
