Russia says new US sanctions would create more tension

MOSCOW: Russia says the new US sanctions announced this month over a nerve agent attack in Britain would only create more tension in bilateral relations.
This has been stated by Russian Foreign Ministry, which was quoted by the RIA news agency.
The United States is expected on Monday to impose new sanctions that could terminate some arms sales and financing to Russia.
It will also deny Russia's credit and prohibit export of security-sensitive goods and technology.
