NAB Prosecutor asks Court to indict Asif Zardari in illegal assets case

RAWALPINDI:The Accountability court on Friday adjourned the hearing of former president Asif Ali Zardari assets reference case till August 29.
As hearing started, the former president counsel Farooq Naik completed the arguments for acquittal of his client in the illegal assets reference.
NAB prosecutor Tahir Ayub in his argument pleaded for dismissal of the application for acquittal as there are sufficient proofs against him.
Judge NAB Khalid Mehmood Ranjha after hearing the arguments from both sides adjourned the hearing till August 29.
