In Myanmar, 21 Rohingya muslims have been killed by security forces during the clearance operation in Rakhine state.
In another incident, 11 policemen were killed in attacks on security checkposts.
Meanwhile, a panel led by the former U.N. chief Kofi Annan finished its one-year research.
In a statement, the panel advised Suu Kyi's government long-term solutions for the violence-riven, ethnically and religiously divided state.
