PAF fighter jets land on overseas base for multinational hi tech military exercise

Pakistan Air Force contingent has reached Turkiye to participate in the 7th consecutive edition of the International Anatolian Eagle 2023 exercise with its state-of-the-art and hi-tech fighter Jets.

The International Anatolian Eagle Exercise is mainly organized for air defense purposes and is amongst the most remarkable military organizations in the world with its advanced electronic warfare systems and vast airspace reserved for the exercise.

The state-of-the-art Fighter Jets of Pakistan landed at the 3rd Main Jet Base Konya in Turkiye which is going to start on May 2nd and will culminate on May 12th, 2023.

Apart from Pakistan and Turkiye, five more countries are also participating the in Seventh International Anatolian Eagle

2023 Exercise with their fighter jets, including Azerbaijan,

Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.

Pakistan is participating with F-16C/D Fighter Jets, Azerbaijan with SU-25 Fighter Jets, UAE with F-16E/F Fighter Jets, Qatar with

Eurofighter Jets, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its F-15SAs, and the United Kingdom Royal Air Force (RAF) are taking part in the exercise with Eurofighter Typhoon jets.

Turkiye is looking for an alternative solution against French Rafale Fighter Jets. If Turkiye acquires Eurofighter, it can draw a roadmap for the Aegean Sea neighbor.

Consecutive Edition International Anatolian Eagle 2023 Exercise in Turkiye will help to further hone and enhance the Interoperability and Professionalism of the Pakistan Air Force with the participating countries.
