BISP Chairman vows to bring back over 8 lakh fake names back to poverty alleviation list

Benazir Income Support Program new Chairman Shazia Murree has announced that in 2019, the names of those who have been removed from the Benazir Income Support Program will be reviewed and the lists will be revised.
More than 820,000 people who were excluded from the Benazir Income Support Program were either ineligible or recommended for the program due to their financial strength.
The program also included the names of several government officials and their wives who were benefiting from the program.
