TEHRAN, Sep. 24 (MNA) – President Trump mandated Prime Minister Imran Khanto mediate between the United States and Iran, Pakistan’s Minister forForeign Affairs Shah Mahmood Qureshi informed.
He was speaking to reporters on Monday about the meeting between the twoleaders on the sidelines of the 74th session of the United Nations GeneralAssembly, thenews.com.pak reported.
Qureshi said the prime minister would discuss the issue with the Iranianleadership to find a way out.
The foreign minister said the prime minister has made it clear to the USpresident that the region could not afford any war, as any imprudent actionwould draw drastic consequences.
