ISLAMABAD – Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa says we arealive to threat from Eastern Border linked to ongoing situation in occupiedJammu and Kashmir and fully prepared to thwart any misadventure oraggression.
He was addressing Formation Officers and troops during his visit toFormation Headquarters in Gilgit.
The Army Chief appreciated the state of readiness and morale of officersand jawans despite challenges of weather, terrain and enemy at the highestbattlefield of the world.
The Army Chief also laid floral wreath at martyrs’ monument.
