Pervaiz Musharraf treason case: New developments reports from LHC

ISLAMABAD – New developments have been reported in the treason case against former President General (R) Pervaiz Musharraf.
The Lahore High Court (LHC) bench hearing treason case against former president Pervez Musharraf on Wednesday has once again dissolved.
The bench was dissolved after the retirement of Yawar Ali as LHC Chief Justice.
According to details, Justice Yawar Ali was heading the three-member bench that also included Justice Mazhar Akbar and Justice Tahira Safdar.
It is to be mentioned here that on March 30, 2018, the previous bench was dissolved after Justice Yahya Afridi rescued himself from hearing the case over the objections of Musharraf’s lawyer
