CPEC vital for economic progress of both the countries, says Li Pheng Rong

HYDERABAD (APP): Li Pheng Rong, who is leading the Pak-China Friendship Car Rally, has said China Pakistan Economic Corridor project will play a pivotal role in the economic progress of both the friendly countries.

Talking to the media here late Friday night Rong said 70 years old friendship with Pakistan had strengthened with the passage of time and would further bolster in the coming time.
"The world will give examples of this friendship in the future," he said.
For prosperity and development in Pakistan, China had always supported Pakistan adding that CPEC reflected that relationship between the 2 countries.
The rally which started from Xingjian in China passed through Punjab and was now passing through Sindh had turned out to be a very memorable rally, he said.

"Specially love we received in Sindh and the hospitality will remain an asset in our memories," he said.
Earlier the rally was welcomed at Hyderabad Bypass by a large number of citizens led by Commissioner Hyderabad Qazi Shahid Pervez, Deputy Commissioner Mutassam Abbasi, Mayor Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Syed Tayyab Hussain and Chairman Qasimabad Municipal Committee Kashif Shoro.
The Pak-China Friendship Car Rally consisted of 65 participants in 36 vehicles.
Major under construction projects in Gwadar under CPEC
The Chinese guests were decorated with gifts of Sindhi caps and Ajarak while women participants were given glass bangles sets as gifts.
The school students showered rose petals on the guests.
The national anthems of both countries were also played on the occasion.
