US terror listing of N. Korea could lead to catastrophe: Russia

Russia says the US President's move to place North Korea on the list of state sponsors of terrorism is "another scaremongering act and PR move".
Talking to media, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said this act would not reduce tensions on the ground.
