Supreme Court Bench to hear Hussain Nawaz application against Panama JIT

ISLAMABAD: The three-member Supreme Court bench would hear Hussain Nawaz’s application regarding reservations on Joint Investigation Team (JIT) on May 29.
According to sources, the bench headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal Khan, will conduct a hearing on reservations raised by Hussain Nawaz.
The application submitted by Hussain Nawaz raised reservations regarding two members of the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) formed to probe Panama papers case as per the apex court’s instructions. – APP
