It was another embarrassing moment for United States President Donald Trump as First Lady Melania Trump refused to shake his hand upon their arrival in Italy.
As the duo got off their aircraft, Trump tried to hold his wife's hand but she pulled away with quick reflexes.
He then went on to put his hand behind her back to hide the blunder.
It should be noted that the first lady Trump swatted his hands as the couple arrived in Israel.
The US president was criticized over walking ahead of his wife while departing Air Force One last month.
