ANF recovers large quantity of heroine from UK bound passenger

The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) Thursday recovered 1.970 kg heroin from a Birmingham-bound passenger who wanted to take the drug to the United Kingdom from New Islamabad International Airport, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The drug was secretly hidden in the hotpots of the accused Sibghatullah’s luggage who confirmed his ticket to the UK on EY-232 flight.
In another raid, the ANF recovered huge amounts of drug tablets that were secretly hidden in the sweets packets by another passenger heading for Middle East.
The accused wanted to take the drugs link Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
