BlackBerry holders no longer be able to use Facebook App

WASHINGTON: BlackBerry holders would no longer be able to use Facebook App by the end of the year as Facebook has decided to drop support for BlackBerry’s BB10 platform.
Other Messenger apps like WhatsApp will also not work on either platform.
It is claimed that BlackBerry’s market share has been recorded 0.2% in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Facebook claimed that working on such platform which has small users and low margin is very difficult.
However BlackBerry spokesperson claimed that they are very disappointed from this decision as millions of people like to use these apps.
BlackBerry also urged its developer community to introduce latest and native apps to Facebeek and WhatsApp.
It is claimed that our developer is introducing thousands of new apps every month and it will launch an app named “Great Apps on BlackBerry” with a category of 20 apps.
