Floral wreath laid on mausoleum of Amjad Sabri by PTV

ISLAMABAD: (APP) On behalf of Chairman Pakistan Television (PTV) Atta-ul Haq Qasmi and Managing Director Syed Imran Gardezi a floral wreath was laid on grave of legendary Qawal Amjad Sabri on Thursday.
A delegation of PTV Karachi center took part in funeral ceremony of the deceased and extended their heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family of Sufi singer, said a press release issued here.
The PTV staff remembered the services of late Amjad Sabri for promotion of Qawwali in the country and said he would be greatly missed in times ahead.
They said Amjad Sabri was national asset and the whole nation was in deep grief.
They said PTV would always remember work of Amjad Sabri and continue paying glowing tribute to him.
