Pakistan Afghanistan border closed

ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office spokesperson, Dr Muhammad Faisal has announced that Pakistan’s border with Afghanistan at Chaman and Kharlachi crossing points will remain closed for two days during the general election in the country.

Dr Faisal said that on Tuesday that the Pakistan’s crossing points at Chaman and Kharlachi will be close on July 24-25 2018 and adding that the step was taken to ensure the security during the general elections in Pakistan.

FO spokesperson added that however Torkham will remain open for normal traffic.
