NAB to reopen Hudaibiya Papers Mills case against Sharif family

ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to approach Supreme Court of Pakistan to kick-start fresh investigations of the controversial Hudaibiya Papers Mills in Panama Implementation case.
NAB is expected to file an appeal to the apex court in a couple of days; hence, it has obtained the new concerned evidences from the Joint Investigation Team (JIT) that probed Panama charges against Sharif family.
The sources said the decision to file new reference and the appeal was made in July 17 meeting chaired by the NAB Chairman.
The sources said it was decided that the appeal will be filed as soon as Prosecutor General NAB Waqqas Qadeer returns from abroad.
