ISLAMABAD - Islamabad High Court (IHC) Thursday accepted the FIA’s request for early hearing of an appeal against the anti-terrorism court’s decision for not giving further time to collect evidence from Britain in Imran Farooq murder case. A divisional bench comprising Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb fixed January 31, to hear the appeal of Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) against the decision of special court.
