COAS, Saudi delegation discuss defence cooperation

A delegation of Royal Saudi Army led by Chief of General Staff of Saudi Armed Forces, General Faiyad Bin Hamed Al-Rowali met Army Chief, General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi.
According to Inter Services Public Relation, geo-strategic environment and matters relating to bilateral defence cooperation were discussed in the meeting.
The Saudi Chief of General Staff thanked Pakistan Army for assistance especially towards training of Royal Saudi Army through bilateral training cooperation.
He acknowledged high standards of professionalism of the Pakistan Army.
General Bajwa thanked the visiting Saudi Chief of General Staff for his expression of acknowledgment.
He reiterated that Pakistan Army takes it as its responsibility to extend full assistance to Royal Saudi Army for their capacity building.
General Faiyad Bin Hamed Al Rowali also laid a floral wreath at Yadgar-e-Shuhada and was presented the Guard of Honour.
