Syria: 150 IS fighters killed in US-led coalition air strikes

In Syria, one hundred fifty Islamic State fighters have been killed in the US-led coalition air strikes in the Euphrates River Valley.
According to US Central Command Spokesman, Lieutenant Colonel Earl Brown, the air strikes were carried out on an Islamic State headquarters near Al-Shafah in Deir Ezzor province.
Meanwhile, Turkey said its military have killed at least two hundred and sixty Syrian Kurdish fighters and Islamic State militants in its four-day offensives into Afrin region of the northwest Syria.
