Disgruntled Najam Sethi still defiant after giving losses worth millions of dollars to Pakistan

ISLAMABAD - Najam Sethi on Sunday said he would take legal action against his predecessor Sheharyar Khan for holding him solely responsible for the decision to proceed against Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for violating a contract with the board.

Sethi took to Twitter to share that he would engage in litigation against him.

Earlier on December 21, Khan had pointed the finger at Sethi for financial loses that the board suffered in compensation case against the BCCI.

After losing the legal battle of compensation against the Indian board, the PCB had suffered yet another blow last week, when the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced that the board would have to pay legal expenses of the case as well.
