BISP to facilitate female beneficiaries by providing employment

Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has planned to facilitate its female beneficiaries by providing them employment opportunities.
An official of the programme told APP that BISP will collaborate with Telenor Pakistan to involve twenty thousand female beneficiaries in the pilot phase.
He said these females would be employed as Retailers of GSM products and get benefit from financial products of Telenor Pakistan and Telenor Micro Finance Bank.
This will enable the BISP beneficiaries to generate income on their own and support their families.
