Islamabad Airport, PIA Roosevelt Hotel to be handed over to Qatar: report

Major investment is expected in the aviation sector during the visit of Prime Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif to Qatar.
According to the sources, Qatar government is willing to invest in the airport and hotel sector. The administration of Islamabad International Airport will be handed over to Qatar.
The airport terminal and cargo services will be provided by Qatar Polling Company while shares will be given to Qatar in return for investment in the Roosevelt Hotel.
Sources say that the investment will be made under government-to-government agreements.
Qatar has expressed willingness to invest 3 billion dollars in Pakistan.
