SC gives verdict on misconduct allegations against top Judges

Allegations of misconduct directed at former Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice ® Umar Ata Bandial, and the current Supreme Court judge, Justice Ijazul Ahsan, were reported as unfounded and dismissed by Justice Sardar Tariq Masood of the Supreme Court.
These complaints, filed by ordinary citizens, were also reviewed by Justice Masood, who provided a legal opinion on both cases. Additionally, a separate complaint of misconduct against former Chief Justice Saqib Nisar was also found to lack merit.
It's worth noting that earlier this year, the parliament decided to initiate a reference against the former Chief Justice on misconduct charges, following a motion by PPP's Shazia Sobia Soomro, which was approved by a majority vote.
