KARACHI – Karachi Police have booked a number of people for allegedly obstructing the movement of President Arif Alvi’s security protocol in Karachi.
As per details, two separate cases have been lodged at different police stations on a complaint lodged by traffic police officers.
The Shahrah-e-Faisal police registered an FIR, accusing an unnamed citizen not only of obstructing the president’s convoy on Shahra-e-Faisal on Saturday night, but also prompting other citizens to not stop their vehicles to give the way to it.
On the other hand, President Arif Alvi declared that registering a first information report (FIR) against the person protesting the VIP protocol was ridiculous.
