Guterres reaffirms world body's commitment to ending global conflicts

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has reaffirmed the world body's commitment to ending global conflicts. Speaking at an annual ringing of the Peace Bell in New York, he said peace is the unifying concept that brings us together at the United Nations.
The World Body chief said we see conflicts multiplying everywhere in the world and we see insecurity prevailing.
The symbolic bell of peace was donated by Japan to the United Nations in 1952.
