Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi arrives in Washington, will hold important meetings

WASHINGTON – Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi has reached Washington today (Sunday) to participate in the General Assembly session.
According to the schedule, the minister will attend an important meeting at Pakistani embassy in Washington.
He will present Pakistan’s stance on different matters including Kashmir issue at the United Nations General Assembly session as well as during his other meetings and talks in the United States.
Shah Mehmood Qureshi will also meet his counterparts from different countries and hold talks with the US administration authorities on bilateral relations besides addressing the Pakistani community in Washington.
Earlier, Qureshi said that he is very much disappointed over India’s refusal to carry out meeting at UNGA.
