Police official shot dead in Quetta

QUETTA (APP): A police man was shot dead by unknown at Nawan Killi's Bus stop area of provincial capital on Friday.
According to police sources, the victim identified as CIA Police sub-Inspector Muhammad Zafar Wazeer was on way to somewhere on his motorbike when two armed assailants riding a motorcycle opened fire at him and fled from the scene near Dubai Shopping Center.
As a result, he died on the spot after receiving multiple bullet wounds. The body of the deceased was shifted to civil hospital for legal formalities.
Security Forces reached the site and cordoned off the entire area and started search to trace out attackers. Further, investigation was underway.
