Awami Muslim League (AML) Chief Sheikh Rashid Ahmed experienced chest pain on Monday, necessitating his immediate transfer to the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology (RIC). At the hospital, a team of medical professionals promptly attended to the veteran politician in the emergency department.
Following his admission, medical examinations were rapidly conducted to assess Sheikh Rashid Ahmed's condition. Among these assessments, an electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed, indicating that his heart's electrical activity appeared to be within normal parameters.
However, despite the seemingly normal ECG results, the AML chief is being kept under observation at the Rawalpindi Institute of Cardiology as a precautionary measure to ensure his well-being.
