Afghan Taliban impose big restrictions on TTP in Afghanistan

The Afghan Taliban have imposed a ban on carrying weapons by individuals associated with proscribed TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) members in Afghanistan.
A video address by a commander of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Khust, addressing Pakistani Taliban, has gone viral on social media. In the video, the military commander states that from now on, no one is allowed to carry weapons, and a formal army has been established.
The Afghan Taliban military commander further mentioned that individuals who do not possess official government cards should not carry weapons in the future, and unauthorized persons should not use military uniforms.
In the video, the mentioned Afghan Taliban commander expresses appreciation for the migrants and their commitment to the cause, and even the tinted windows of vehicles will be strictly enforced. He states that their duty has been conveyed, and there will be no further warnings.
