Govt giving top priority to protect life of religious minorities: Buzdar

Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Khan Buzdar says government is giving top priority to protect life and property of the religious minorities in the province.
He said this while facilitating Sikh community on birth anniversary of Sikh community's spiritual leader Baba Guru Nanak.
The Chief Minster assured to provide all necessary facilities to Sikh pilgrims while performing their religious rituals.
Meanwhile, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar says Sugar Mills will be bound to buy sugarcane at fixed government price.
Chairing a high level meeting in Lahore today, he said that reservations of Sugar Mills owners will also be addressed and Federal Government will be contacted in this regard. He said that mill owners should ensure payment of arrears to sugarcane farmers at the earliest.
Chief Minister ordered indiscriminate action against illegal weighing machines and continue the operation till their complete elimination.
