China rejects US accusations of unfair trade practices

China has rejected fresh US accusations of perpetuating unfair trade practices, urging Washington to take positive steps to improve bilateral economic and trade ties.

Addressing a news conference in Beijing on Thursday, Chinese Commerce Ministry Spokesman Gao Feng expressed deep concern over a report recently issued by the US Administration, which accused China of failing to alter its unfair trade practices.

It is pertinent to mention that President Xi Jinping is due to hold talks with US President Donald Trump during a G-20 Summit in Argentina at the end of the month.
