SA passes supplementary budget of over Rs 110 billion for next fiscal year

KARACHI: Sindh Assembly during its proceedings today passed the supplementary budget of over 110 billion rupees for the current financial year. The opposition presented several cut motions but were all rejected by the House.
Earlier, replying to a calling attention notice by Sharjeel Memon about very hot condition in jails,the Chief Minister said he will look into the demand of member for providing air coolers in jails to protect the inmates from extreme weather condition.
