Iraqi PM rules out any possibility of re-election

TEHRAN: Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi says an agreement had been reached between ruling party and opposition Moqtada al-Sadr-led coalition on forming a government.
Addressing a news conference in capital Baghdad, he ruled out any possibility of a re-election over complaints of rigging.
