Car bombing kills 16 in Afghanistan

KABUL: In Afghanistan, at least 16 people were killed and 38 others injured in a car bombing at Kandahar city on Tuesday afternoon.
An official said a vehicle, packed with explosives, detonated at 14th ward of the city.
