KARACHI, Jun 22 (APP): Karachi operation to be stepped up
Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah has asked the Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, to step up the ongoing targeted action in Karachi and make it more effective.
The Chief Minister stated this in a meeting with Director General Pakistan Rangers, Sindh, Maj. Gen. Bilal Akbar at the Chief Minister House here on Wednesday.
The meeting discussed in detail recent terrorism incidents, particularly the murder of renowned Qawwal Amjad Sabri in the metropolis on Wednesday.
Qaim Ali Shah assured all possible support to police and Rangers in rooting out terrorists and criminals.
The Director General Rangers briefed the Chief Minister about the decisions taken at a high level meeting at Rangers headquarters.
