Mehfil-e-Mushaira on Kashmir to be held at Radio Pakistan today July 23, 2020

ISLAMABAD-A Mehfil-e-Mushaira on Kashmir will be held at National Broadcasting House Islamabad on Thursday afternoon to highlight India's unabated oppressive and brutal actions against unarmed people in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz will grace the occasion as chief guest. Among others, Secretary Information Akbar Hussain Durrani will also attend the event.
Prominent poets of Islamabad and Rawalpindi will present their pieces of art to expose Indian atrocities being committed in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir by the occupation forces. They will also highlight India's illegal act of revoking the special status of Jammu Kashmir on August 5 last year and the subsequent repressive acts depriving the people of occupied Kashmir of their basic human rights.
Special Standard Operating Procedures in the wake of COVID-19 will be observed at the Mushaira. The event will be broadcast by PTV and PBC and also live streamed by Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation social media platforms.
