Yemen govt willing to negotiate with Houthi rebels

Yemen's government says it will return to the negotiating table with Houthi rebels if they release all the prisoners they are holding.
Yemeni Prime Minister Ahmed bin Dagher made this remarks at talks with the United Nations envoy Martin Griffiths in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
He demanded from the Houthis rebels to "facilitate the arrival of humanitarian aid" in provinces where they are controlling of airports and ports.
