US decides to further boost Saudi Arabia defence capabilities

The United States has reiterated commitment to strengthen defense capabilities of Saudi Arabia and its Gulf partners against threats from Yemen.
The support came from US Secretary of State Antony Blinken while talking to Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan on telephone.
Meanwhile, US State Department spokesperson Ned Price, in a statement, said Washington will support Gulf partners, including Saudi Arabia, to improve their capabilities to defend against threats from Yemen and elsewhere in the region.
