US govt shutdown enters into third day

In United States, the government shutdown has entered into third day amid political impasse in the Senate.
In a tweet, US President Donald Trump said that democrats have shut down our government in the interests of their far left base. They don’t want to do it but are powerless.
On the other hand, democrats say it is the president’s own erratic behaviour which has made compromise impossible.
