Rain, snowfall at scattered places across Pakistan: Check uour place weather

ISLAMABAD: (APP) Rain-thunderstorm, with snowfall over the hills, is expected at number of places in Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, FATA, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, Lahore, Faisalabad, D.G.Khan divisions, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and at isolated places in upper Sindh.
According to weather report issued by the National Weather Forecasting Center, a strong westerly wave has entered western parts of the country.
This weather system (westerly wave) is expected to produce more rains/snowfall in the country till Thursday, it added.
In last 24 hours Weather remained very cold and dry in most parts of the country. However, rain with snowfall occurred in Malakand, Hazara, Quetta divisions, Shaheed Benazirabad, FATA and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Minimum temperatures recorded on Monday were Skardu -09øC, Parachinar -07øC, Kalat, Malamjabba, Gupis -06øC, Astore, Bagrote -03øC.
