By elections: Process of filing of nomination papers by candidates start

ISLAMABAD - The process of filing of nomination papers by candidates for by-elections on vacant seats of the National and provincial assemblies will begin on Tuesday.
According to the schedule issued by Election Commission of Pakistan, candidates can file their nomination papers from Tuesday till 30th of this month.
Scrutiny of nomination papers will be conducted by 4th of next month.
Nomination papers can be withdrawn by 15th while election symbols will be allotted to the candidates on 16th of next month.
By-elections on vacant seats of the National and provincial assemblies will be held on 14th of October.
