ISI planning to attack soft targets in India: Times of India
LUCKNOW: A group of 20 to 25 men dressed as seers is planning to attack important places in Uttar Pradesh, the state police's security headquarters has warned personnel in an alert issued on Friday.



The group, allegedly trained by Pakistan's ISI, has reportedly been asked to target Ayodhya, Varanasi, Vrindavan, and the Taj Mahal in Agra.



All district police chiefs and railway superintendents of police have been informed about the threat. 

UP anti-terror squad inspector general Asim Arun said, "We are coordinating with other agencies to thwart such attempts."



Central intelligence agencies have been sharing inputs with UP police since February about increased activity of terrorists in the state.
