Pakistani pacer Naseem Shah is heart broken

Pakistani fast bowler Naseem Shah expressed his deep disappointment at not being included in the national team for the ICC Men's World Cup, which is set to commence in India on October 5th. This setback follows Naseem Shah's recent shoulder injury during the Asia Cup in Sri Lanka.

Taking to the social media platform X (formerly Twitter), he conveyed his feelings, stating that he won't be a part of the exceptional team representing their beloved nation.

He posted, "It is with a heavy heart that I announce I won't be joining this remarkable squad in the upcoming World Cup. Though I'm disheartened, I firmly believe that everything is under Allah's control, and I hope to return to the field soon."

This news came after the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) unveiled the 15-member squad for the ICC World Cup 2023, with chief selector Inzamam-ul-Haq making the announcement in Lahore.
